By Vanessa Ekpereka (AGENDAWATCHDOG) – Tyson Fury is a ‘man on a mission’, been sparring 15 rounds with no breaks in 97-degree sauna conditions and ready to fight next week, according to one of his training partners.
The Gypsy King is deep into his training camp for his heavyweight trilogy clash against Deontay Wilder, which will be his first fight back since dethroning him almost a year-and-a-half ago.
Fury, who has been out in the States since early April, had been putting in the hours in the gym for the past few months in anticipation of his blockbuster showdown with Anthony Joshua being confirmed for the summer before he was ordered to face Wilder in a rematch.
The third fight with Wilder is still six weeks out with the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas booked for July 24, but Fury’s training partner Dmitry Salita has claimed he is already in supreme fighting condition, looking ‘unstoppable’ and showing no signs of any ring rust.
‘I have just been in Miami with Tyson and he is in great shape for Wilder next month,’ former world title challenger Salita told MyBettingSites,co.uk
‘I went to the gym and he did 15 rounds straight with no break – he’s training hard, in phenomenal condition and great spirits.
