Rumour: PSG Contacts Cristiano Ronaldo’s Camp Over Possible Summer Transfer From Juventus

=== (AGENDAWATCHDOG) === Paris Saint Germain have contacted Cristiano Ronaldo’s camp over a possible summer move away from Juventus, according to reports in Spain.

The 36-year-old is believed to be open to leaving the Serie A giants this season having received criticism from some quarters for their underwhelming campaign, which nevertheless saw them lift the Coppa Italia and Italian Super Cup.

The Portugal star scored 36 goals across all competitions but Juventus surrendered their nine-year stranglehold on the Scudetto to Inter Milan and required victory on the final day of the season to qualify for the Champions League.

A humiliating last-16 exit in Europe at the hands of Porto compounded their shortcomings this term, and saw Andrea Pirlo replaced by former boss Massimiliano Allegri following the end of the campaign.

And Spanish outlet AS claim that with the Italian ready to let Ronaldo depart the Allianz Stadium, PSG have made an initial move to try and sign the former Manchester United and Real Madrid star.

The report adds the Ligue 1 side are eyeing Ronaldo as a replacement for Kylian Mbappe, with the 22-year-old having just a year left on his deal at the Parc des Princes and struggling to agree a new deal in the French capital.

The same outlet therefore claims that the 2018 World Cup winner is closing in on a move to long-term admirers Real Madrid, with the departure of compatriot Zinedine Zidane not having any impact on their interest.
