Nigerians Are Parochial, Biased In Their Assessment Of Buhari’s Govt – Adesina

By Nkoli Opara (AGENDAWATCHDOG) –According to the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina,  Nigerians must be positive in their assessment of the current administration if the country is to move forward.

Adesina’s assertion was in reaction to some statement by former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, consequent to a recent report that tagged Nigeria as the nation with the highest unemployment rate in the world.

Speaking  on Channels Television’s Sunday Politics, Adesina said that despite the formidable challenges the country was grappling with, there was hope for optimism as the government at the center had recorded some appreciable gains. Adesina accused Nigerians of always focusing on the negatives and ignoring the significant strides so far made by the government, urging for a paradigm shift if the country was to progress
