Spate Of Killings: Buhari’s Govt Must Account For The Spilling Of Innocent Blood – Bishop Kukah

By Olivia Isibor (AGENDAWATCHDOG) – The Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Sokoto, Bishop Matthew Kukah, says President Muhammadu Buhari’s government must account for the spilling of the blood of innocent Nigerians by violent groups across the country.

The charge was made via his Christmas message titled, ‘A Nation in Search of Vindication,’ in which the revered Bishop said Nigeria was retrogressing under Buhari’s watch.

“This government owes the nation an explanation as to where it is headed as we seem to journey into darkness,” he said.

“The spilling of this blood must be related to a more sinister plot that is beyond our comprehension. Are we going to remain hogtied by these evil men or are they gradually becoming part of a larger plot to seal the fate of our country?”
