Igbo Presidency: Femi Adesina Points Out Winning Strategy To South-East

By John Imade (AGENDAWATCHDOG) – President Muhammadu Buhari’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, wants the South East to play smart politics to produce Nigeria’s President in 2023.

Adesina disclosed this via an article on Friday titled: ‘Dave Umahi’s heart of Lion”, in which he eulogized Umahi for defecting from the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, to the All Progressives Congress, which he described as an act befitting only a lion.

Continuing, Adesina advised the South-East to avoid being one-dimensional, but to get smarter, noting that politicians such as Senator Orji Kalu, Hope Uzodimma, Governor of Imo State, Minister of Labour and Employment, Chris Ngige and Ebonyi State Governor, Dave Umahi were working assiduously towards actualizing the quest of the South-East to produce Nigeria’s next president, calling on Indi Igbo to rally round these illustrious sons of the region.

The quest for a Nigerian President of Igbo extraction has been occupying the front burner of national discourse for some time.
