1-.Police officers attached to the Ogun State Police Command have allegedly assaulted a journalist, Tobi Adepoju and other protesters during an #EndSARS protest. In a viral online video clip the reporter was repeatedly hit by police operatives at the Ajuwon police station.

2-.The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi believes the recent waves of #EndSARS protests in Nigeria will equally be beneficial to officers of the Nigeria Police Force (NPF). “To the men and women of the Nigerian police force,” he tweeted on Monday via his official handle, “be assured that this movement is also for you, we know you are humans also and your reality is as a result of your environment.”

3-.Singer, David Adeleke, popularly called Davido has presented the demands of the #EndSARS protesters to the Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu at the Force Headquarters in Abuja, the nation’s capital. The demands, according to him include the release of the protesters, justice for all victims of police brutality, among others.

4-.The Speaker of the Edo House of Assembly, Hon. Francis Okiye has been Impeached. Okiye’s impeachment followed a motion by the Majority Leader of the House, Hon. Henry Okhurobo.

5-.The Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 has asked Nigerians to minimise the risk of transmitting the virus in the country.PTF Coordinator, Dr Sani Aliyu made this call in Abuja on Monday while briefing reporters.

6-.All End SARS protesters detained in Lagos have been freed.They are Okara Nkem, Ayodeji Ayeni, Nduka Treasure, Adeola Adebayo, Adetifa Olanrewaju and Ademola Ojabodu.

7-.Eze Chukwemeka Eze, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, has called on the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the just concluded election in Ondo State, Eyitayo Jegede, to join the ruling party.The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, on Sunday declared the incumbent Governor and candidate of the APC, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu winner of the governorship election.

8-.Super Eagles manager, Gernot Rohr has revealed what he expects when Nigeria tackle Tunisia in tonight’s international friendly game at the Jacques Lemans Arena in Austria. Rohr says he expects the Super Eagles players to step up their game against Tunisia after losing 1-0 to Algeria in their previous fixture last Friday.

9-.Bulgarian boxer, Kubrat Pulev will take on heavyweight boxing’s world champion, Anthony Joshua in London on December 12. The International Boxing Federation (IBF) mandatory challenger confirmed this on Monday.

10-.The Premier League, EPL, has announced that five persons have tested positive for the novel coronavirus after the latest phase of mass testing. The English top-flight league confirmed this in a statement on its official website on Monday.
