COVID-19 BRIEFS: Nigeria Records 163 More Cases, Total Confirmed Cases Now 60, 266

(AGENDAWATCHDOG) – Nigeria has recorded 163 more COVID-19 cases, taking total confirmed cases in the country to 60, 266, according to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) in its latest update.

Breakdown of the new figures of COVID-19 in the country, which are spread across 11 states of the federation, including the FCT, is as follows: Lagos having-113, Kaduna- 21, Osun-8, Ondo-5, Oyo-5, Ogun-3, Bayelsa-2, Taraba-2, Edo-1, Katsina-1, Plateau-1, Katsina-1 and FCT-1.

Out of the total caseload of 60,266 in Nigeria, 51,735 have been treated and discharged, while 1,115 fatalities have been sadly recorded since the outbreak of the pandemic.
