Appointment Of Key Petroleum Executives Renewed By Buhari


By Lillian Ogbonna (AGENDAWATCHDOG) – The appointments of Chief Executive Officers of agencies under the Ministry of Petroleum Resources, have been renewed by President Muhammadu Buhari.

This was disclosed via a signed statement by the Presidency’s spokesman, Femi Adesina, on Friday, who said thatthe appointments were renewed by the president following recommendations by the Minister of State Petroleum Resources.

Those affected include: Executive Secretary of Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF), Dr Bello Aliyu Gusau, Executive Secretary/Chief Executive Officer of Petroleum Equalization Fund (PEF) Ahmed Bobboi, and Executive Secretary, Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB), Engineer Simbi Wabote.

The statement added that “all the appointments take immediate effect”.
