Edo Guber Poll: Minority Leader, House Of Reps, Elumelu Congratulates Obaseki On Victory


By Lillian Ogbonna (AGENDAWATCHDOG) – Following his commanding victory at the recently held Governorship poll in Edo State, Governor Godwin Obaseki has been congratulated by Ndudi Elumelu, the Minority Leader of the House of Representatives.

According to Elumelu, Obaseki’s victory was an affirmation of his acceptability by the good people of Edo State consequent to his commendable performance in the last four years, lauding Edos for their boldness in coming out in large numbers to exercise their franchise and monitor the electoral process.

Elumelu reserved special commendation for the Chairman of the South-South PDP Governors Forum, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State, the chairman of the PDP National Campaign Council and Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, and other PDP governors, National Assembly Caucus, leaders and members for their significant roles in ensuring the credibility of the electoral process.
