#EdoDecides2020#: Mild Drama As Election Observer, Party Agent Fight In Obaseki’s Polling Unit.

(AGENDAWATCHDOG) – There was a mild tension on Saturday at Emokpae Model Primary School polling unit, in Oredo Local Government Area of Edo State, where voting for the governorship election is taking place, following an altercation between a party agent and a supposed election observer.

The fracas started when a party agent mistakenly accused an electoral observer of seating on a chair meant for electoral officials, resulting in a scenario that almost degenerated into fisticuffs, but for the intervention of security personnel and Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) officials who were setting up for the election.

Incidentally, Governor, Godwin Obaseki will be casting his vote at the same polling unit where the incident occurred.
