Security Alert: Igbo Group Warns FG Over Miyetti Allah

By Lillian Ogbonna (AGENDAWATCHDOG) – The Federal Government of Nigeria has been cautioned by a group, Igbo National Council (INC), to prevent Miyetti Allah Hore Kautal form deploying operatives of its vigilante group to the 36 states of the country, as it would be firmly resisted.

According to the group’s statement, signed by its President, Chilos Godsent, the planned deployment encroached on the security rights of other ethnic nationalities and equally constituted a threat to national security.

The group maintained its position that Miyetti Allah Hore Kautal should restrain its operations to North West and North East regions to avoid clash with vigilante groups of other ethnic nationalities, warning that it would mobilize the Igbo to resist any attempt to invade Igbo communities, using the Miyetti Allah Hore Kautal vigilante group.
