We, the families of late Joseph Idumuebor Obuseh of Idumu-Iru Quarters, Igbanke, Orhionmwon Local Government Area, Edo State, and late Acha Memeh of Ime-Oyibu Quarters, Owa-Oyibu, Ika North-East Local Government Area, Delta State, wish to formally express our heartfelt gratitude to our numerous friends, well-wishers, acquaintances and associates for their unalloyed support during the burial of our late son, brother, father, uncle and cousin, Mr. Anthony Onyeamaechi Obuseh on Saturday, August 29, 2020.
Words would not be enough to express the extent of our gratitude to you for your altruistic contributions and selfless support during the burial of our son. You are friends, indeed, not just in words.
For all those who could afford to be physically present, despite the encumbrances of work, alongside other tasking commitments, we say thank you for taking out time from your very loaded schedules to honour us with your valued presence, which helped deaden the visceral pains of bereavement in no small measure. May the good Lord guide and protect you as you journey back to your various destinations.
Not forgetting to also appreciate those of you who could not afford to be physically present at the ceremonies, due to matters of proximity, incapacity and work restrictions, but who nonetheless stayed in contact with us – both virtually and via telephone – throughout our dark hour. Your concern and love for us are highly valued.
Also worthy of mention are the members of all the political groups, cultural associations, religious bodies and other associations too numerous to catalog, whose presence added colour to the ceremonies.
We also thank our Hill Street neighbours, childhood friends, in-laws and other supporters for their unreserved contributions.
To you all, we say a resounding thank you for your priceless show of comradeship. May you never lack the support of genuine friends when you need them most.
God bless you all. Pax!
