2023: Stop Wailing, Support President Buhari To Achieve Igbo Presidency– Lawmaker, Idimogu

By Franca Joseph (AGENDAWATCHDOG) – Jude Idimogu, a member of the Lagos State House of Assembly, representing Oshodi/Isolo Constituency II, has called out to his Igbo kinsmen to support the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in order to actualize their collective dream of  an Igbo President in 2023.

According to the lawmaker, who spoke during a media parley on Tuesday, the former incumbent ruling and current national opposition party, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), is an outdated party compared to the APC, which was a party with fresh ideas and the only one that could give Igbos a shot at the presidency come 2023.

Idimogu adviced Igbos that rather that dissipating energy protesting against marginalization and remaining apolitical and isolated from mainstream politics, Igbos, who as consummate business men have more to loss, should join the ruling APC to actualize both their business and political goals.

The lawmaker advised that politics was not a tea party where people were given freebies, appealing to Igbos to learn to collaborate with other constituent groups in the country in the pursuit of both their personal and collective goals.
