Cross River Director, Traditional Ruler Convicted By Court Over Landed Property – Director of Administration, Ministry of Finance and a traditional titleholder in Akpabuyo Local Government Area of Cross River State has been convicted by the Magistrate Court of Cross River State in the Akwa Ikot Effanga Magisterial District, following a judgement in Calabar, by Victoria S.
