EFCC: Magu Is A Dubious, counterfeit Anti-Graft Boss – Shehu Sani

By Lillian Ogbonna (AGENDAWATCHDOG) – suspended Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Ibrahim Magu is a dubious and false anti-graft boss, according to Shehu Sani, a former Kaduna Central Senator.

Speaking via a signed statement, Sani accused Magu of working to sustain corrupt political office holders and of leading a private army that was used in the intimidation of perceived opponents of the establishment.

According to Sani, Magu’s suspension was a vindication of the refusal of the Bukola Saraki-led 8th Senate to confirm him as the substantive Chairman of the EFCC, lauding President Muhammadu Buhari and the Attorney General of the Federation, AGF, and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, for the political will to commence the probe into the stewardship of the embattled EFCC boss.
