Buhari Swaps Two Non-Career Ambassadorial Nominees – President Muhammadu Buhari has sent a request to the Senate on Wednesday seeking to replace and confirm two non-career Ambassadorial nominees. The request was contained in a letter read during plenary by the Senate President, Ahmad Lawan.

Boko Haram Fighters Killed, As Two Soldiers Die In Fighting – Following a confrontation with Boko Haram terrorists, two soldiers and four others of the 25 Task Force Brigade deployed at Damboa, Borno State, North-East Nigeria,  have been killed, while the terrorist group lost 17 of its members, according to a statement by the Coordinator of Defence Media Operations, Major General John Enenche.
