Alleged Discrimination: Nigerians Storm Embassy In Indonesia, Rip Flag To Shreds

By Amechi Idumuebor (AGENDAWATCHDOG) – The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama, has disclosed that the Nigerian Embassy in Jakarta, the Indonesian capital, was stormed by some Nigerians protesting alleged abuse of their rights by Indonesian immigration officials.

Onyeama, who revealed this via his verified twitter handle, condemned the attack in all its entirety, saying efforts were being made to identify and bring those responsible for the dastardly act to justice, adding that there was no justification for such disgraceful criminal behavior.

In a viral online video, some obviously enraged Nigerians were seen invading the premises of the Nigeria Embassy chanting protest songs, with some seen destroying vehicles, while some ripped the Nigerian flag to shreds.
