Police Presence At APC National Secretariat Is for Peace Keeping – Frank Mba

By Bonita Onyeka (AGENDAWATCHDOG) – Following the deployment of personnel of the Nigerian Police Force (NPF) to the National Secretariat of the All Progressives Congress (APC), located at Blantyre Crescent, Wuse II, Abuja, on the orders of the Inspector General, Mohammed Adamu, Frank Mba, the spokesman of the Nigeria Police Force (NPF), has stated that the deployment was mainly for peace keeping.

According to Mba, the deployment was meant to ensure the maintenance of peace and orderliness at the secretariat, and not to seal it off as s been suggested in some quarters, adding that members of the APC and staff of the secretariat were free to carry on with their duties without fear of molestation.
