By Franca Joseph (AGENDAWATCHDOG) – 300 stranded Nigerians have been evacuated form Dubai, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), by the federal government, according to the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM).
According to NIDCOM, the Nigerians, who were on-board Emirates Airlines, would embark on 14 days isolation in line with the COVID-19 protocols and guidelines of the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 and the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).
Meanwhile, another set of 50 Nigerians have been evacuated home from Pakistan, where they were hitherto stranded.
