Philip Shaibu Follows Obaseki’s Footsteps, Resigns From APC

By Olivia Isibor (AGENDAWATCHDOG)N – Following the earlier resignation of the Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki, from the All Progressives Congress (APC), his Deputy, Philip Shaibu, has also dumped the party.

Expressing his pains at leaving the APC, a party they all laboured to build, Shaibu blamed his exit on the unbearable “undemocratic” and “dictatorial” tendencies of the party’s National Chairman, Adams  Oshiomhole, who hasd commandeered the party for selfish reasons.

The deputy governor pledged his undying loyalty to his boss, Godwin Obaseki.
