War On Corruption: Dan Etete’s $57Million Jet Confiscated by FG In Canada


By Amechi Idumuebor (AGENDAWATCHDOG) – A private jet, valued at $57 million, purportedly owned by Nigeria’s former Minister of Petroleum, Dan Etete, who is being investigated for corruption and money laundering by the country’s ant graft agencies, has been reportedly tracked and grounded in Canada.

According to reports, the bombardier 6,000 jet was grounded after it landed at the Montreal –Trudeau International Airport, Canada, following the serving of a seizure order on the airline’s owner, Tibit Limited, by the federal government’s Asset recovery lawyers, which has until June 9 to counter the seizure.

News of the seizure was confirmed by Babatunde Olabode Johnson, a member of the federal Governments asset recovery team, to a Chennels Television London Correspondent, on Saturday, June 6, 2020.
