#COVID-19 Briefs: Nigeria Confirm 182 New Cases, Total Infections Now 8,915

Franca Joseph (AGENDAWATCHDOG) – The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on it Twitter handle on Thursday, May 27, 2020, confirmed that COVID-19 cases in Nigeria increased further to 182, taking the total number of infections in the country to 8, 915.

Breakdown of the new figures, which are spread across 15 states, including the FCT, are as follows: Lagos-111, FCT-16 Akwa Ibom-10 Oyo-8 Kaduna-6 Delta-6 Rivers-5 Ogun-4 Ebonyi-4 Kano-3 Plateau-2 Gombe-2 Kebbi-1 Kwara-2 Bauchi-1 Borno-1

The number of discharged cases is 2592 Deaths, while 259 fatalities have been recorded so far.
