Nigeria Confirms 238 New Cases Of COVID-19, As Fatalities Increase To 68

(AGENDAWATCHDOG) – The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced the confirmation of 238 new cases of COVID-19 in Nigeria, bringing total number of confirmed cases of the ailment in the country to 2, 170.

According to the NCDC’s statement via twitter, the 238 fresh cases are distributed in the affected states as follows:-Kano-92, FCT-36, Lagos-30, Gombe-16, Bauchi-10, Delta-8, Oyo-6, Zamfara-5, Sokoto-5, Ondo-4, Nasarawa-4, 3-Kwara, 3-Edo, 3-Ekiti, 3-Borno, 3-Yobe, 2-Adamawa, 1-Niger, 1-Imo, 1-Ebonyi, 1-Rivers, 1-Enugu

So far, 351 patients have been discharged, having recovered, while 68 fatalities have been recorded.
