#COVID-19: Kaduna State Govt Extends Lockdown By 30 Days

(AGENDAWATCHDOG) – Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State has announced the extention of the #COVID-19 lockdown in the state by an additional thirty days. The governor disclosed this via twitter on Sunday, April 26, 2020.

The extension decision follows a recommendation by the State Standing Committee on #Covid-19 on the need to further reinforce preventive measures against the spread of the dreaded ailment, consequent to the escalation of the virus in neighbouring states and the FCT and the possibility of spread by travelers from these other states.
