#COVID-19 Palliatives: It’s a Shame Buhari Can’t give Nigerians N5,000 Each – Church Leader

By Bonita Onyeka, For Agenda Watchdog, April 26, 2020

(AGENDAWATCHDOG) – President Muhammadu Buhari has been branded a disappointment for his inability to give Nigerians at least N5, 000 each during the lockdown imposed on some parts of the country. This was the conviction of the General Overseer of Awaiting The Second Coming Of Jesus Christ Ministry, Adewale Giwa, who spoke to the press on Sunday, April 26, 2020.

The man of God also took a swipe at security operatives for their highhanded approach to the implementation of the president’s lockdown order through the brazen infringements on the rights of Nigerians.

He also decried the lopsided, nepotistic distribution of palliatives to Nigerians, which seemed to favour northerners more than southerners. He also wondered why Nigerians were still being kept at home when #COVID-19 had already being spiritually defeated.
