(AGENDAWATCHDOG) – In response to reports of racial discrimination against Nigerians in China, and the issue of Nigerians in the UK being asked to pay £350 for #COVID-19 testing, the Federal Government of Nigeria has come out to say that it would not accept any form of discrimination or maltreatment of its citizens in any part of the world.

Geoffrey Onyeama, Nigeria’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, expressed the position of the government on Thursday, April 23, 2020 while reacting to questions about reported cases of discrimination against Nigerians in the UK.

Onyeama pointed out that a directive had been given to ascertain the number of Nigerians living in the Diaspora who would love to return home, adding that there was no time the government demanded that Nigerians living in the Uk should take #COVID-19 tests.
