Nigeria Now Has 542 Confirmed Cases Of COVID-19, As It Records 49 New Cases

(AGENDAWATCHDOG) – The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control on Saturday announced that the country had recorded 49 fresh new cases of COVID-19. This brings to 542 the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Nigeria. The breakdown of the new cases are: Lagos -23, Abuja -12, Kano – 10, Ogun-2, while Oyo and Ekiti had 1 each, according to the NCDC. While 166 have been discharged, having recovered, 19 fatalities have been recorded so far.
