EU Donates N21 Billion To Nigeria’s War On COVID-19

(AGENDAWATCHDOG) – Nigeria’s war on COVID-19 received further boost with the donation of a whooping N21 billion by the European Union to the course. President Muhammadu Buhari disclosed this heart-lifting news on Tuesday, April 14, 2020, at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, during the reception for a delegation of the European Union, led by Mr. Ketil Karlsen.

Mr. Karlsen also disclosed that more goodies were in the kitty for Nigeria as the EU was mobilizing more resources to support Nigeria’s ongoing war on COVID-19. According Karlsen, outside Europe, the contribution was the highest the union had made anywhere else. It is also the highest single donation to Nigeria’s COVID-19 war efforts.
