Oyo State Discharges 6th COVID-19 Patient

(AGENDAWATCHDOG) – The Oyo State Task Force on COVID-19 has announced the discharge of another COVID-19 patient in the state’s isolation center, having tested negative following a second test, bringing the number of discharged patients in the state to 6. According to the task-force, the state currently has 4 active cases, with another confirmed case having requested a transfer to Lagos. The task-force admonished the people of Oyo State on the need to continue observing social distancing, staying-at-home and hygienic practices such as hand-washing to complement the efforts of the government and health authorities to stem the further spread of the deadly virus.
