Profiling Lagos State’s Free Academy For Youths In Creative Industry
Iluabo, a suburb of Akure was rocked by a huge explosion very early on Saturday morning, Agenda Watchdog can report.
The sad development was confirmed by Ondo State Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu on his official twitter handle.
He disclosed that there had been a loud blast and that he was heading to the scene to ascertain the situation.
Governor Akeredolu said he had been briefed on the blast by the heads of the security agencies in the state.
He appealed to all the citizens of the state to remain calm as efforts were being made to ascertain the remote and immediate causes of the explosion.
Governor Akeredolu said the number of casualties was unclear and that details of findings would be made available to the public as they emerge.
